Ontevo vs. SOCi
SOCi runs 412,000+ Genius Agents that post, reply and fix listings across enterprise brands. Ontevo tells corporate which locations are leaking revenue, what the leak costs, and which task to hand the workforce first.
One deploys the workforce. The other prices the work order.
SOCi's CoMarketing Cloud is genuinely hard to replicate: corporate sets brand guardrails, franchisees customize locally, and Genius Agents post local social, respond to reviews and fix listings across thousands of locations at once. SOCi publishes 412,000+ Genius Agents deployed and more than 27 million localized marketing tasks a year (soci.ai, August 2026), so the production volume is real. What SOCi does not publish is a way to tell a CMO which of those locations is bleeding revenue, or why. Ontevo runs the diagnosis first: a 50-point diagnostic decomposes review themes location by location, benchmarks each one against up to 10 closest competitors in your market, and prices every gap in dollars. Every finding arrives with a drafted fix your team approves before an agent runs it, so the workforce starts where the diagnosis says the dollars are.
One entity is $245/mo on Essentials. Three is $735/mo. From the fourth entity you move to a Portfolio plan, from $1,500/mo, and we quote the exact figure on a call.

How we read this. Every claim in the right-hand column is read from the vendor's own published pages, linked above, and checked on 15 September 2026. Vendors change prices and ship features without notice. Ontevo's figures come from the 50-point diagnostic. If we have a vendor wrong, write to hello@ontevo.ai and we will correct the page.
When to use which
SOCi is the right tool if you are a franchise corporate with 50 or more locations that needs one system for local social, listings and review responses under a corporate-controlled brand voice. Its permission architecture for balancing corporate control with franchisee flexibility is genuinely hard to replace, and if your problem is that nobody is executing at the location level, SOCi solves that. Ontevo answers a different question: which locations are losing revenue, why, and what a fix is worth in dollars, before anyone deploys an agent to work on it. SOCi's agents have executed tens of millions of tasks without ever ranking which task closed a revenue leak. Most franchise corporates end up running both: SOCi as the execution workforce, Ontevo as the diagnosis that hands that workforce a priced work order.
